Applications are invited from Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service employees who meet the specified criteria for promotion to Group Manager level.
Successful applicants will be placed in the Group Manager Promotion Pool.
Applicants must apply via our online recruitment system. Please read the attached guidance notes prior to completing the application process.
As part of your application, you will be required to upload a Line Manager recommendation. This must be completed by your Line Manager and include their hand written signature.
If a Line Manager recommendation cannot be provided, this must be recorded in the relevant section in the application form and the justification must be given in the free text box. This will be considered by management prior to progression.
Process dates:
Closing date - 23:59 on 23 September 2018.
Shortlisting - 24 September 2018
Invites and completion of online testing - 24 to 28 September 2018
Group exercise and interviews - 01 to 12 October 2018
