Reporting to the Information Governance Officer, you will supervise members of the Service Information Team in the delivery of effective business processes and the provision of the Headquarters Reception function.

Some of the main responsibilities will include:

•Provide supervision and support to members of the Service Information Team, ensuring resilience in all team activities
•Creating and implementing team appropriate processes to best facilitate administrative tasks within various information management systems
•Development and creation of process documentation and guidance
•Ensure compliance with Service policies for Personal and Non Personal Data in all tasks
•Attendance management to facilitate appropriate staffing levels and service continuity
•Identifying areas for development within the team and facilitating training needs
•Maintaining high levels of customer service in the delivery of all duties

To be the successful candidate you will have at least 12 months experience working within an office environment and using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel at an intermediate level. You will be capable in carrying out a variety of business administrative tasks relating to all aspects of information management and able to develop, create and implement processes to facilitate these tasks to be performed collectively by an administrative team.

Confident in working on your own initiative you will have previously supervised an office based team and be able to mentor and motivate both individual and group performance to achieve excellent service delivery. You can promote a strong team working ethic to maintain a successful group environment, proactively organising and developing the team by managing attendance, keeping members well informed, identifying areas for improvement and delivering training to enhance their skills.
