As Learning and Organisational Development Facilitator you will be reporting to the Learning and Development Manager and be part of the People and Organisational Development team.

You will need to have experience in organisation development and/or learning and development role, including diagnosing, implementing, and evaluating OD interventions. We are looking for someone who can work with stakeholders at all levels within our Fire and Rescue Service.

The purpose of the role is to review our current leadership and management development interventions against current training needs. You will need to design, develop and deliver relevant blended learning solutions, including workshops and seminars. We are looking for someone who has experience of coaching as you will provide support and introduce a coaching ethos across the organisation.

You will engage with relevant stakeholders to bring all our talent management processes together and ensure they are clearly understood by our employees. You will introduce a model of succession planning to LFRS.

You will need to be a self-motivated person who can make decisions that balance the needs of the organisation with the needs of the individuals.

You will have the autonomy to set the direction of leadership development and talent management as part of the wider People and OD team. This will give you the opportunity to work alongside HR and Learning and Development colleagues to shape the employee experience. You will also become part of the wider LFRS family whose purpose is to deliver Safer People and Safer Places for the local community.
