Working as part of an experienced and friendly ICT department you will help our support and operational staff to get the most from our ICT systems and applications. You will be primarily working from our Birstall Headquarters.
The successful applicant will have 1 - 2 years’ experience of supporting a Microsoft based network infrastructure, ideally with a medium sized user base. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in remote support situations. You will need to be self-motivated, work well under pressure, and be able to follow standard procedures and instructions. You will demonstrate knowledge of working with at least some of the following: Windows 10, Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, IP Telephony, Office 365. Some experience or knowledge of Audio-Visual equipment would also prove useful.
