If you are driven to help other people get the most from technology, come and work with us at Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service. We have several exciting projects within our ICT department that will make a difference to our communities. Working as part of an experienced and friendly ICT department you will help to support these projects and our staff. You will be primarily working from our Birstall Headquarters.

The successful applicant will have 1 - 2 years’ experience in an ICT department or have a relevant degree level qualification. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in remote support situations. You will need to be self-motivated, work well under pressure, and be able to follow standard procedures and instructions. You will demonstrate knowledge of working with at least some of the following: Microsoft M365, Active Directory, Azure, Exchange.
