We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst to join our small, dedicated team based at our Headquarters in Birstall. You will be working in a multi-skilled team of Business Systems Analysts alongside the Service Delivery team.
The focus of the job is to work closely with internal customers to identify business needs and match technology solutions to meet those requirements.
You will produce outline specifications for new systems as well as for changes to existing systems. You will manage the development, implementation and evolution of enhancements to our core systems.
You will be examining business models; data needs and business processes, providing compelling evidence to support business change and improvement, then managing the changes through to business as usual.
Developing and maintaining an in depth understanding of Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service’s strategic direction, structure and aspirations is fundamental to the role as is developing and maintaining professional and technical skills.
